Shipment notifications and updates will be sent to the email indicated in the order, so we ask that you ensure the emails from "@TFTDecor.com" do not land in spam or junk folders.

DELIVERY TO THE LOWER 48 US STATES:

The majority of items will ship within 3 business days, with the possible exception of large or custom items. Our products are curated from around the world, so orders that contain multiple items may ship from different locations and you will receive notification when each of those items have been shipped.

All orders above $35 enjoy FREE SHIPPING with delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous states via Economy. Economy Shipping orders are typically received within 12 business days or less including preparation, although some of the larger specialized items may take longer. 

Shipping on orders under $35 is priced according to the options listed in the cart USD. Depending on size and contents domestic parcels ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL.  

We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but once an order is placed it is quickly sent to our distribution warehouses for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we usually cannot alter or change it.

If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects or missing items must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. If the receipt from the carrier is signed and issues are not notated, The Finishing Touch Decor is not responsible for any defects or damages found after delivery is completed.

DELIVERY TO ALASKA AND HAWAII:

Parcels shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will receive the same shipping savings.  However, though we will make our best attempt to confine shipping to the timeframes specified herein, it may take a bit longer than typical delivery window.  You will always receive tracking information so that you may be aware of the status of your package.
